Customer Solutions Specialist

Job Description

The Solutions Specialist will work directly with customers, consulting with them to help drive Data Theorem's integration & adoption strategies. Beyond normal integration, this can include building tools and implementing solutions to help the Data Theorem platform deliver maximum value. The role will also proactively identify issues impacting customers and works with internal teams to address them.

Responsibilities
  • Guide customers with their integration options to proactively fix security issues before they hit public systems
  • Provide technical solutions in a professional manner within agreed timeframes
  • Teach technical and analytics concepts to customer audiences including developers, data architects, business users, and IT professionals
  • Lead customer support teams in investigating and responding to requests from customers
  • Communicate product feedback from customers to internal audiences
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the BI or Cloud Space
  • Experience with command line and general scripting a plus
  • Ability to manage simultaneous, complex engagements with minimal supervision
  • Listening, speaking, presentation and writing skills
